President, Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty Having graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Urban Land Economics in 1990, I returned to Bermuda and was employed by The Bank of Bermuda’s Real Estate Division for eight years as an Officer; providing appraisal, management and commercial real estate services. In 1998, I was instrumental in facilitating the merger between two highly respected real estate brokerage firms; namely, Jones Waddington Ltd. and Bermuda Realty Company Limited. This resulted in the creation of Bermuda’s largest full service real estate firm - Coldwell Banker Bermuda Realty - of which I am a significant shareholder and President of the company. I am very much involved in the luxury home market, specializing in the marketing of distinctive homes. My personal achievements and awards include: my professional designation as an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which I obtained in 1993; the Coldwell Banker Diamond Society Award 2002, which was awarded to the top 20% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide; and the Coldwell Banker International Presidents Circle Award 2003, which was awarded to the top 10% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. From 2004 – 2007 I have been awarded the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite status. Only the top 3% of the more than 126,000 sales associates worldwide have qualified for this distinguished award.
