Market Analysis

A written market analysis, including market comparables, can be provided to landlords who require reliable information regarding the fair monthly rental value for a property during the time of assessment for either legal or personal reasons.

Absentee Owners

Property Management services can also be tailored to landlords who have vacant property that they do not wish to rent. Many property owners who do not reside permanently in Bermuda have requested this service. However, it is also beneficial to those who wish to delegate the responsibility of dealing with property ownership and associated ongoing maintenance.
