Lease Administration

In order to ensure adherence to the tenant and landlord covenants, as established by the relevant lease agreements, the property manager can also carry out all necessary lease administration functions. These include marketing the accommodation in order to secure tenants and to negotiate the relevant lease once a prospective tenant has been secured. We will also liaise with the landlord’s legal counsel with specific reference to the preparation and execution of all relevant documents, collect rents on a monthly basis, and advise the landlord should a tenant fall in to arrears.
